The Other Side of the Sofa

The Professional

I believe that each of us are the narrators of our lives and as such I strive to hold space for your voice. Lending my experiences to help you reach your goals, together we’ll collaborate, reflect, and celebrate all that is you!

I graduated with my masters in mental health counseling from Emporia State University and am licensed to practice in Kansas, Washington, and Utah.

"Life as a therapist is a life of service in which we daily transcend our personal wishes and turn our gaze toward the needs and growth of the other. We take pleasure not only in the growth of our patient but also in the ripple effect—the salutary influence our patients have upon those whom they touch in life.”
